Revised Fee Schedule for Consultations

Effective September 24, 2012, the following fee schedule applies to consultations:
For any Divorce, Custody, Modification, or Child Support case, the initial consultation fee is $50.00. If the prospective client and The Law Offices of Bryan W. Wolford enter into a legal services agreement following the consultation, then the consultation fee will be applied toward the balance of the contract fee.
For any other case or matter, the initial consultation fee is $25.00. If the prospective client and The Law Offices of Bryan W. Wolford enter into a legal services agreement following the consultation, then the consultation fee will be applied toward the balance of the contract fee.
We strive to provide the highest quality legal services for our clients at a fair and competitive rate. During consultations, an attorney and a prospective client exchange confidential information regarding the client's legal issues. Following the consultation, and even if the prospective client does not hire the attorney, the attorney must keep the prospective client's information confidential. In addition, the attorney may not represent the opposing party of the prospective client in any litigation relating to the confidential information disclosed to the attorney. Therefore, in order to try to assist as many prospective clients as possible while protecting our work product and business expectation, The Law Offices of Bryan W. Wolford has set the above-listed consultation fees.
